Returns

At Fresh Seed Co., we strive to provide you with the best quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Seeds once opened cannot be returned due to quality and storage concerns.

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

  • We Prefer Digital Videos to get more info about the cause.

Return Process

  1. Please visit your profile and proceed with Request Return

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In that case, you may request a return after receiving the product, subject to our return policy.
