We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Seeds once opened cannot be returned due to quality and storage concerns.

Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 1–5 business days.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Cancellations
